Executive summary

During the end of our semester we were assigned to work on a term paper, which includes Recruitment & Selection Practices in Bangladesh. As a developing country Bangladesh has a pool of cheap labors. With the help of these pool of cheap labor Bangladesh developed a very strong garment sector. There are other countries like China, India and many more are competing with Bangladesh. It gave employment to lots of people especially women. Now Garments sector plays a vital role for the economy of Bangladesh.
