METHODOLOGY
1 Discussed recruitment process with the Recruitment Manager of the company.
2 Prepared the flow chart of recruitment, understood fully the cycle of recruitment, deep analysis of various sources, methods adopted to search right talent through these sources, methods of interview, and finally the placement.
3 Had a practical exposure on how to prepare various recruitment related policies, worked on job portals and modern methods
