• No perfect planning to distribute goods /provisions

They even don’t have sufficient stock to dish up the consumer needs.
3) Examine: - The management was examined based on the following questions: -
• Why don’t we execute table service and home delivery service?
• Why don’t we have family restaurants?
• Why don’t we offer superior quality service based on the consumer needs ?
• Why do not recruit new employees for table service and home delivery service? 4) Develop: - The above problem needs some implementation they are: -
• Recruiting number of employees so that they can provide table service and home delivery.
• Opening new family restaurants in the housing areas.
5) Define: - Following the above discussion they decided to open a new restaurants which provides first-class table service.
