ASSIGNMENT 1:
1.
It works best if the communication between employees and management is both ways, and with few, if any restrictions. If the only communication in a company is pronouncements coming down from management, the company is: (1) Losing out on the often valuable input from the employees who are actually doing the work. (2) Reducing morale and performance by doing so.
Finally, if the company can make possible and encourage communications between all of the employees, problems can be solved before they become too large, or avoided all together.
2.
During Circumstances such as distractions, information overload, language differences, deceptive tactics, etc. we can limit the feedback because or else it will create a barrier to effective communication. There may be people who don’t understand the language properly and this gives the audience not able to understand the employer or the boss and also there might be audience who are not able to listen properly because of distractions ranging from poor acoustics to uncomfortable meeting rooms and in these situations, we need to limit the feedback from the audience by adopting an Audience-Centered Approach.

3. I think spoken messages because it can be spoken in different tone, tener and language and also spoken message creates a distraction in business communication.

4. We need a positive message as well as negative messages for our employees. We need to send messages that give them assurance that they can trust their company. Without doubt the response will certainly be positive to any task they are given. Showing appreciations, motivating, and discussing important information with our employees is how you can express a routine and positive message to your employees. Now we must apply it! We have to remember that a message is also delivered by someone’s actions. We should not feed our employees with junk food by giving illusion of how great your company is to work for like some companies do, instead use techniques to help them express a positive message.
On the other hand, we have the negative messages and it turns out that the negative messages are the most difficult ones to express. Why? The reason being is no one really likes to be informed of a negative message. No matter how drastic this factor is we can still express a negative message and maintain the person in goodwill. Though challenging we can still express a negative message with these useful techniques.

5..
I would recognize this as an unethical communication and I will speak directly to my boss immediately and sit down with my manager to discuss the situation. I will also find out what happened and let my boss know that I was surprised that my name was not included and I was the person who has contributed writing assignment. And then explain why i was not given credit for my idea or work. I will also go and speak to the human resources as well.
