Introduction:
XiaoMi is a smartphone company which is a rage in China: its Mi branded its handsets which sports a highly and customized in which the Android deployment (called MIUI), which are linked to a range of cloud services provided on top of the handset, as they have their own market (as opposed to Google’s play store), and have around 200,000 pieces of content, including customized themes (similar to Go Launcher). The MI2 handset is priced at RMB 1999. It is the most intuitive and usable deployment of Android that has been seen so far – everything from the music player to the alarm clock and notification bar is gorgeous, and the UI, according to the MIUI website, is updated weekly, based on the user feedback.
Mission Statement:
A mission statement defines what an organization is, why it exists, and its reason for being. At a minimum, a mission statement should define who the primary customers are, identify the products and services that have been produced, and describe the geographical location in which the company operates.

Never produce any less quality products.
Never try and reduce human cost and investment cost at the cost of quality.
It’s Vision:
A Vision Statement takes into account the current status of the organization, and serves to point the direction of where the organization wishes to go.
Lei Jun maintains that his vision for Xiaomi is not to create an Apple rip-off, but rather to defray the idea that China only manufactures cheap, low quality goods by producing truly high-quality mobile phone hardware and software.
