Randi Trinker's Observation
On 01-13-2017 at 1810 hours I was dispatched to 3105 OakGrove road (Menards) in reference to shoplifting.

Upon my arrival I made contact with Michel Wells, who informed me of the following:
- He observed a lady in the store using video surveillance selecting multiple items.
- While observing the female subject he observed he place two packages of headlight bulbs in her purse.
- They stopped the subject as she went to leave the store and gave them the headlight bulbs.
- When they asked her for her identification she advised she did not have one and provided them with the name Randy A Trinkler DOB: 06-05-1986.
- The female subject became uncooperative and left the store.
- She got into a maroon Chevrolet Malibu Missouri license number YH5E3T.

I located a Randi Rowe in records with the same date of birth as provided to Wells. DOR has an allies listed for her as Randi Trinkler.

A photo lineup is being completed by MIAC and will be conducted on a later date.
