I’m here to show you guys a favorite dessert of mine, Chocolate molten lava cakes. I used to make these all the time. They’re easy and fast, not to mention impressive if you have a few guests over. The hardest part is getting them out of the ramekins. But if you put enough butter on the ramekins, and if you run a knife around the inside you shouldn't have any problems.
Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter. Plus a bit more for buttering the ramekins.
¾ Cups chocolate (Preferably bittersweet)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
Pinch of salt

You can either melt the butter or use the back of a spoon to butter them. Do not substitute for non-stick cooking spray. After you’re done that I suggest putting the ramekins on a baking sheet so they are easier to move. …show more content…
After it’s all melted immediately put the chocolate in the butter and stir. The butter should be hot enough to melt the chocolate. Stir until there are no more lumps. After this is done set aside for
