They had to be careful when footing because they could not even see their hands as it was so dark, taking each step with care otherwise it could be their last. The rain pummeled them against the cliff face, it made the journey even worse as they were fleeing from the Black Sould. Not even five foot from them, lightning struck the ground leaving a black patch of ash from where it disintegrated the surrounding brush, thunder split the atmosphere in two causing the unsteady rocks above to lose balance and come crashing down narrowly missing the two. Once the rocks had passed Dabbley gazed upon the mountains searching for any other loose debris, but before Dabbley could react a small stone hit him in the face forcing him to lose control of his footing, slipping on the moss coated stone. Before he could even comprehend what happened he was plummeting to his death. In a split second Ishka reached out for his hand clamping onto his arm lifting him from certain death. Juddering, struggling to lift her companion from death, she swings him from left to right until finally he is able to pull himself up.
