In the recent years, the United States has seen an alarming increase of racial discrimination. The problem of racial discrimination is a recurrent issue within the nation. As a function structure theorist, this paper aims to analyze the social institutions in which different member of society fall under and their relationship with racial discrimination. By means of analysis, this paper will define the issue of racial discrimination and its implications, social impacts and will provide a viable solution to fix the problem.
