Introduction
Rachael Ray is a hardworking, self-confident, and ebullient celebrity chef. She is one of Food Network’s most beloved and enthusiastic chef stars. She was born on August 25, 1968, in Cape Cod Massachusetts. Rachael Ray was a successful, businesswoman, celebrity chef, and cookbook author. Throughout her life, Rachael Ray has been raised in a culinary filled childhood. Her family owned several restaurants in Massachusetts which influenced her to pursue the culinary arts. After years of building her way to the top from; a counter worker, waitress, busboy, manager, to cook show host she was signed by Food Network. Her show “30 Minute Meals”, and “The Rachael-Ray-Show” gained national popularity for its smart, healthy, and fast recipes. Her family was widely involved with restaurants. It soon became her aspiration to pursue her culinary dreams. She began her journey, working in Macy's Marketplace as a cashier. She has also worked as a waitress, fountain girl, busboy before her manager position at Fresh Food, and Brown’s Pub. Her progress became evident to others around her, and she was promoted to manager of Fresh Foods Department for 2 years. After that educational experience, she set off to open and become a food buyer of the Agata & Valentina. Sometime later on, she worked at a Gourmet Shop and performed quick 30-minute cooking lessons. As the word spread of her popular lessons, the entrepreneurial chef was signed on WRGB-TV to perform her popular 30-minute classes. Despite lacking prestigious culinary education the shows gained a national reputation, and lead to her signing with Food Network. On the side note, Rachael also became an advertiser for Dunkin Doughnuts coffee, Nabisco crackers, a designer for WestPoint Home, and an author of multiple
