Résumé Process
1- Define your résumé objectives by learning what you reader wants.
2- Plan your résumé by thinking creatively about your qualifications, deciding how long your résumé should be, and choosing the type of résumé you will prepare.
3- Draft your résumé text to highlight the qualifications that will most appeal to the employer.
4- Revise your résumé to increase its impact and to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
5- A reader -centered approach to writing your job application letter.

1- Define your résumé objectives by learning what you reader wants.
Wanting to get a specific job means to identify objectives a person need to write to attract the attention of the reader, not just from the writer’s perspective. The perspective of the reader-centered approach. Identifying who is the reader, what the reader wants and the reader’s goal, must importantly how to help the reader find that information within the résumé to decide that the writer is the best person to fill the vacancy.
2- Plan your résumé by thinking creatively about your qualifications, deciding how long your résumé should be, and choosing the type of résumé you will prepare.

The information provided should be the one that match the employer’s need and goal, while creating a list of the writer’s abilities, and experience that match with the qualification the employers is looking for. In deciding about the length of the résumé, it is mention that it should be as short as possible, but to include all the qualifications. But it is also important to decide on the two types of résumé, the experiential résumé or the skill résumé, while the first one is for the less experience college student, the second one is for the professional
