Queenie Volupides Research Paper

Queenie Volupides, as a suspect of her husbands murder, or accidental death, breifly makes a claim. Queenie claims she invited friends over for drink after her visit from the country club. Her husband, Arthur Volupides, died from a wound on the head and had been drunk as well, on that same night, according to what the autopsy had confirmed. Not to mention, Arthur and Queenie had been in an argument just before the accident. Queenie proclaims Arthur had accidently slipped on the stairs and tragically died.
Beginning with, “falling accidentaly” on stairs and being led to death was an unfortunate loss. Although a person falling forward, or “down” the stairs is likely to land face flat on the floor. As Queenie claims, or as shown in the picture, Arthur seems to be on his back
The observable information clearly shows the appearance of the glass cup. Thus being my second piece of evidence. Queenie does claim, in fact, that her husband was coming downstairs for another drink, which explains where Arthur was supposedly going, and provides logic as to why he was holding a cup in the first place. Ordinarilly, during Arthurs fall, he would’ve dropped the glass out of shock, or it would’ve completely shattered when it had hit the ground. The perfectly stable cup in his hand indicates that it had been purposely placed in his palm.
Ultimately, Queeenie claims her husband had been upstairs the entire time. The crime scene shows there to be food, rather someone cooking on the stove. Not only is the food unattended, but Queenie’s claim does not correlate to what the actual scene shows. In Queenie’s statement, she never mentions that anyone was cooking at all. Her claim states that she had invited friends for a drink at 1 in the morning, not for a meal. This information indicates that Queenie was not cooking whatsoever. Arthur really wasn’t upstairs, he was under the influence while
