1. VOICE QUALITY: good voice quality helps other to relax and listen to you with pleasure. poor voice quality interferes with communication and may frustrate both the speaker and the audience 2. CONVERSATIONAL MANNER: an appriopate conversational manner style of speech puts the audience at ease and helps them to be receptive to what you say 3. SHOWING RESPECT: is a good quality of a good speaker it help to promote the atmosphere of the environment which others are and its more likely to accept what you present 4.
