Quality Information Management Standard System
I utilize data stores such as the Quality Information Management Standard System (QIMSS) databank on a daily basis to organize and analyze collected data for senior level analysts and supervision within OC-ALC/Quality Assurance. I meet daily with senior Quality Assurance analysts and management to interpret, evaluate, and propose any needed changes to newly entered defects into QIMSS. While implementing my knowledge of the maintenance worksite, I recognize complications within the data and propose options for improvement. I coordinate with senior level colleagues to obtain on-the-job-training for the Maintenance Standardization and Evaluation Program (MSEP). As alternate Training Manager for Complex Quality Assurance I support the Training Manager with a variety of Complex level tasks to include training due reports, data evaluations and class scheduling. Independently, I conduct monthly data pulls from the Training Scheduling System (TSS) into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. I use quantitative methods to sort, sequence, and analyze the extracted figures to prepare correspondence that I send out to the Training Monitors and management within the Quality Divisions. Moreover, I assist the Training Manager with validation and planning of appropriate TSS and Advanced Distributed Learning Service (ADLS) training for all employees and management of Complex Quality. To include, loading of new area employees into the TSS data system and accomplish access to required rights within the system. I implement a working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint to distribute training and requirements as the Complex Quality Assurance Privacy Manager alternate, working with Security Managers. I work with the Quality Assurance Publications Manager in evaluating and interpreting proposed changes to Complex policy and
