While listening to Monica present her case to the SARB members, I felt she was sincere, however, I learned that she struggled with prioritizing her duties. I felt as if Monica needed extra support understanding her priorities and the support wasn’t coming from mom. Although mom was cooperative and appeared concern, I felt she lacked being loving towards Monica.
