You are a training officer from the Borough of Havering who has been asked to address the training needs of students attending the Access to Social Work course at the local college; as the areas highlighted have been deemed to be significant by recruiters in the social work department of this borough. Assignment 2:

You will draw up (Create a document in WORD or Publisher):a training document which states the processes and assessment tools involved in the support of different individuals with differing needs who use social services.(P2) Your access students are to create an in-depth power point presentation highlighting the roles and key responsibilities of three specific professionals and their role in the planning and support of individuals. (M2) Finally, an assessment of the problematic issues that may arise when working with numerous professional working together to enable the planning and support of individuals using health and social care services.
