Pursuing A Career As A Nursing Assistant
Throughout my life I have always wanted a career that would make a difference to people’s lives no matter how small. As I chose to have a family at a young age my education was put on hold but this has not stopped me from going back in to higher education now my children are older, I feel more determined than ever as a mature student to gain the qualifications that I need to pursue my goals and to have the career that I want as a paramedic.
I currently work for the NHS as a nursing assistant which has given me the opportunity to learn and develop new skills, it has also given me the opportunity to work in various departments within the trust which has helped me gain insight and experience working with a wide variety of patients for example,

    I completed the fire academy and I was half way finished with EMT school. Everything was playing out perfectly. Till this day I still remember that first call I had.
