Subject jumped behind the counter and CSA Hunt prevented the individual from leaving the area by dashing back and forth. I interviewed CSA Hunt who appeared not fully aware of the Be Safe policy. Manager Carmine stated that he reviewed the policy with CSA Hunt multiple times; however, there were no dates on any of CSA’s Hunts Be Safe policy acknowledgment.
