Pt's Theories Of Social Injustices
Pt stated that she was sexually assaulted when she was 15 and 16 years she was sexually assaulted x2 different occurrences. She stated these incidents took place in New York, pt will not provide information in regards of the 2 males that did the assault, which she stated consist of them performing digital penetration. Pt stated there were two males that were friends of hers. Pt stated on 10/2015 a recent assault took place where a male who was her friend but is not currently and he raped her, described by penile and digital penetration. Pt states she stated no several times, pt states the male lives in Portsmouth and did not provide any other information to identify
