WHAT I LEARNED FROM THIS “THOUGHT DIARY”
I started write my own diary and I continually updated in my diary every day.
I can view some situation in psychology way and can analysis the causes and effect.
Some cases I can find a way to solve my problem and correct my attitudes which occur problem to others.
I learn to predicted behaviour especially children behaviour
It more helpful to control children.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFICULTY I FOUND IN “THOUGHT DIARY”
Writing diary may leak out some information about us to others.
I have to write diary every day and even I missed one day also it difficult to continue the process. It consumes time; I could not finish my work which I do on that time. The situation or the event cannot find every day and it difficult when do at first time.

Gain more knowledge from psychology view point
Fail to change my attitudes in some cases.
Lazy to write the diary.

I manage to know people happy mood and that is good time to explore my opinion.

However some situations can find solution for it, some cases I fail to find the solution.

Now I able to makes decision by my own self and at some point I would consult from my brothers.
Self-development and self-directed goals
I have to develop my knowledge skills and improved myself in all the things.
I think at the end of this subject, I able to identify my goal and what are the efforts I have to take for it.

In the place of Sultan Kudarat in South Cotabato, my mother Milagros Arandil was born with a Filipina race in the year of 1967 with an average daily living. My mother graduated in Bukidnon State University with the course of Bachelor of Science in Basic Elementary Education.
