Client Centered Therapy, Behavior Therapy
Client Centered Therapy: Helps clients to engage in self-exploration, and self-expression. This therapy provides several qualities such as Unconditional positive Regard (respect for the client), empathic understanding (recognition of the clients experiences and feelings), and genuineness (expression of the therapist).
Behavior Therapy: This therapy helps clients make desirable behavioral changes. This helps clients acquire adaptive behaviors like social skills, overcome phobias, self-defeating behavior, and troubling emotional problems.
Client Centered Therapy is a good therapy for Rosalind because it will help her speak to someone about her past experience. The therapist will provide her understanding of her experience when she was nine years old, and also provide her with advice on how to overcome her past.
Behavior Therapy will help her with her social skills, she won’t stutter when she’s put in a situation to share her past experience. Also they will help her with her emotional problems she needs help with anxiety since she stutters.

Cognitive therapy (Beck’s cognitive therapy): this type of therapy focuses on the way client’s thoughts lead to distress and may be modified to relive distress and help promote adaptive behavior.
Client Centered Therapy: Helps clients to engage in self-exploration, and self-expression. This therapy provides several qualities such as Unconditional positive Regard (respect for the client), empathic understanding (recognition of the clients experiences and feelings), and genuineness (expression of the therapist).
Cognitive therapy (Beck’s cognitive therapy) will help Joe in the way that it will help him change his belief and attitude. He does not remember anything about him and that seems to be an attitude that he got from what he did such as co-mingling with him self-clients.
Client Centered Therapy will help Joe talk about his problems and feelings towards what he did in his past and how he felt when he comingled his clients and why he did it. The therapist will not judge him and show understanding of his thoughts. In Client Centered Therapy Joe will receive advice on how to express him self and help him with his thoughts.

Antidepressants: helps treat psychological disorders such as bulimia, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Client Centered therapy will help Barney talk about his experience in the army with no judgments. The therapist will provide comfort and understanding of his feelings along with some expressions towards his experience. While in Behavior therapy, they will help him overcome his phobias, social phobia is one he has fear to be around people also him panics when he hears loud noises. He feels like he is back to war. Flooding can help him extinct the fear of loud noises. It will also help him with his irrational behavior. Cognitive Therapy will help Barney will focus on his thoughts that lead him to his distress and adapt to his new life instead of living in his past. It will also correct his maladaptive behaviors and his behavior.

Cognitive Therapy will help Wally with his maladaptive behavior and his thoughts on what lead him to have the fear of having cancer and why he wants to repeat his examinations at the doctors so many times. In behavior therapy they will extinct his fear in cancer, change his behavior of constantly going to the doctor for examinations, nothing is wrong with him. Give him some Social Skills training to help him function well and maintain his job. Antidepressants will help him ease his thoughts and anxieties he has.

Behavior therapy is a good fit for Elizabeth because it will help her change certain behaviors such as bipolar, and social skills. While in Cognitive therapy they the therapist will find what lead her to her psychological problem and help her adapt to new behaviors. Client centered therapy will focus on her thoughts and help her explore herself and relieve some of her retained feelings and get some advice towards her feelings.
Antidepressants will ease her anxieties and help with her bipolar disorder.
