Psychiatric Medication Case Study

The staff had meeting with Kenny about his psychiatric medications. Kenny felt comfortable enough to share his feelings with the staff. Kenny informed the staff that he is feeling much better now that he is taking his medication. However he still have questions about why he is taking his medications. In addition, the staff took that opportunity to teach Kenny why he should take his medications and the reasons why the physician prescribed him those medications. Moreover, the staff encouraged Kenny to continue to take his medications as they are prescribed. Moving forward, the staff will continue to train Kenny how to manage his medication
