Ethics Awareness Inventory Every individual have their own views and perspectives on ethics. Majority of the people understand and agree with what is right and wrong, but they may actually vary on how to make their own ethical and moral decisions in life. The ethical perspective of the author is clearly based on character. She also believes that being ethical is one of the more important than simply performing any ethical deed. To be able to determine the nature of people with an ethical standpoint, she mainly looks into the character of that person instead of judging them by their actions.

The degree in which an individual is able to become ethical actually dictates the level that the individual is able to function with the discipline in either personal, social, spiritual, and organizational issues. Ethics have the ability to support not only psychological knowledge, but personal growth, health, and development.
