Mr. Anderson describes his day-to-day living functions as difficult. He has admitted to becoming less involved in his work place because it requires too much energy. Mr. Anderson realizes that he no long do things that make him happy. He is known to go to the family lake house on the weekends but he hasn’t been in a month. Mr. Anderson described having difficulty falling to sleep. His sleeping patterns are irregular, leaving him unable to sleep. He stated that he has had a restful night of sleep in 2 weeks. Mr. Anderson never had to prepare and cook dinner but since his wife is no longer living someone has to complete the house chores. Mr. Anderson decided to hire an in home nanny to complete those chores. He also hired a personally driver to transportation Eloise and him to and from. …show more content…
Jeffers explained her day-to-day function as demanding. Mrs. Jeffers noted a major change in her sleeping patterns during the last 6 months. Mrs. Jeffers hasn’t had a full (8-7 hrs.) night of sleep in months. She has difficulty falling asleep during the night. Mrs. Jeffers is usually the last person to fall asleep at night and is the first to wake for the day. Mrs. Jeffers reported that she isn’t motivated to operate her business, which is bring stress due to bills.
Reggie explains his day-to-day function as boring. He explained by stating that he wants to get a job. He stated that he unable to have a steady income because he does not have a job. Reggie explained that for the past month he has been out every day searching for a job.
Eloise is a very smart, mature, and intelligent seven year old child. She stated that she like dressing and getting herself ready for school in the mornings because it makes her feel like a grown up. She also stated that her grandmother taught her how to take care of herself. Eloise also explained that she always helps Miss Lillie, the housekeeper, make dinner every
