What religion would you like to consider for your final project? Describe the place of worship you will visit. | The religion that I would like to use for my final project is the United Centers for Spiritual Living. The local Center is located in a small building | What do you already know about this topic? | I currently do now know much about this topic. Through the research that I have done I have learned that a little of the Centers philosophies. The Center supports all expressions of religious freedoms and respects all paths to God that promote love, peace and respect. | I researched the churches that are in the region to find a religion that interested me. Living in a remote rural area limits the types of religions that I can use that allow me to visit a place of worship. | What are some sources you could use to gain more knowledge about this religion? | I will use the internet as my primary resource for research. I will also talk with members of the Center as well as the Reverend. | What type of materials do you expect to review for this project? | I will be reviewing the materials that are available on the Centers websites and any documentation that I can acquire through my visits to the local Center. | How will you gain access to the materials you need? | During the interview with the Reverend I will ask if there are materials that I can review for my paper as well as use the internet for additional references. | What difficulties do you anticipate in conducting an interview with someone of this faith? | I do not anticipate any difficulties in conducting an interview. I currently do not have a faith or religion to which I belong. This allows me to approach any faith with an unbiased opinion.
