Pros And Cons Of Outsourcing
Offshore outsourcing will produce both winners and losers. It is a win-win type of situation for both developing countries and big multinational corporate businesses and companies in an increasingly competitive domestic and global business world. There is no solid conclusion to determine if offshore outsourcing is good or bad for the US economy and population. Outsourcing creates new jobs and means of earning an income for the developing countries by cultivating a more efficient economy. And at the same time, offshore outsourcing increase businesses’ productivity, efficiency, and profits in America by reducing the labor costs. However, appropriate measure of steps could be taken in order to address the unethical ramifications of offshore outsourcing
