Whenever a person lies to a group or individual, they lose trust; and without trust, there cannot be a leader. Trusting a leader is like having someone guide a person who is blindfolded and walking across a narrow bridge above hot lava. Once, that person is thrown into lava, he or she becomes burnt and does not believe the leader is honest anymore. A leader also recognizes when they have made a mistake and does not lie and cover their mistakes to look like a perfect leader. If one says he or she was never wrong when he or she evidentially was, the followers will not believe that they are trustworthy. A humble leader is the best leader because it tells the followers that they do not think themselves as a higher power than them. A leader is always outspoken and does not make everything too personal. If an individual asks a question to a leader he or she will be frank and sincere answering them exactly what they think. If a leader makes a question too personal to answer the asker will also become sensitive to the matter creating wall that disconnects to the leader.
