1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Business
Funtastic Enterprise consist of 12 members who are all from SBE. Our product is Bread Sushi. The product we produced was adjusted in the appropriate calories to help customer to eat healthier. This was a small-scale business where we produced only a type of product to sell.
1.2 People
Along the APK expo activity, every member was involved in preparing, delivering the product to APK booth and selling the product. All members were creative, responsible and hardworking to make the process smooth. The members involved were:
Manager/Team Leader : CHONG XUE FENG
Secretary : FARAH AINN BINTI STIBIN
Financial Controller : GOH HWEE KIANG, DAYANG AFZAN BINTI ABANG SERUJI
Marketing Managers : GOH PIK CHING, FATIN SYAZWANI BINTI AHMAD ROSLI, NURFADILLA BINTI BAKTIAR
Logistic Manager : CHYE SEE ZHENG, DARWIS BIN DAMIT
Sales Managers : FANG XU TING, CHUNG MAI YEK, FARAH AINN BT STIBIN, DGKU NURUL ASHIKIN BT AGKU SAMSU

Our main target group was UMS students. Other than students, outsiders, academic as well as non-academic staffs also played important roles in our business as customers.
1.3 Location
The location of Funtastic Enterprise stall was the car park of library. Stall of Funtastic Enterprise is stall number 16. The organizing committee fixed the locations of all stalls. Our marketing team decided to promote our products by walking around the place and offer pre-order service before the expo day.

1.4 Period/Date/Time
Sell Bread Sushi for two days which are from 5 to 6 of May 2014 (Monday and Tuesday). The business started from 8a.m. until 5.30p.m. The organizing committee of the Expo arranged the time. There were three peak hours, which were, from 10am to 11am, 1pm-2pm and 4pm-5pm. Students’ classes normally end at 10a.m., 1p.m and 4p.m.
