CHAPTER III

METHODOLOGY
This research was conducted in order to improve the customer service monitoring of Derma Bloom Skin Care Clinic. The problems and disadvantages as well as the reliability of this instrument were also part of the objectives. In order for this study to make happen, the researcher interviewed and observed the clinic personnel and how they give service to their patients. Specifically, we interviewed some of their doctors, personnel and patients to have more knowledge on what things we should do with the study. Selected participants answered a survey questionnaire, which we asked personally. Data gathered from this research instrument were then computed for interpretation. Along with primary data, the researcher also made use of secondary resources in the form of published articles and literatures as well as the internet to support the survey results.

RESEARCH METHOD
This research study used the descriptive method, which intends to collect data related to the status of the study. Using this method, the researchers were able to identify, describe, evaluate and analyze the current services offered by the skin care clinic.

LOCALE OF THE STUDY
This study focuses on computerizing the monitoring of the services offered and given by the clinic. The interview and gathering of the data took place at Derma Bloom Skin Care Clinic located at Units 1, 2, 3, 2nd floor Maryland 1 Bldg. Gil Fernando Ave. corner Estrador St., Midtown Subd., Marikina, Marikina City.

RESPONDENT OF THE STUDY
The respondents of the study are Dr. Michelle Turingan-Poa, owner and doctor Derma Bloom Skin Care Clinic and some of their clinic personnel who have the knowledge about the process of how they give services to their patients. They are the ones who answered the questions we made in order to have knowledge about the said study.
