1. Introduction
The ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) was established on 8th August 1967 in Bangkok. After years of development, now ASEAN consists of ten member countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Viet Nam, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Cambodia. With the motto "One Vision, One Identity, One Community", ASEAN is aiming at providing a solid foundation for the countries of the region to achieve the purposes of economic growth, social development, cultural progress, regional stability, and beneficial international relationships, etc. The ASEAN Ministerial Meeting is the highest decision-making body, and different aspects of issues are raised and discussed about during the conference. In this report, I will formulate a project plan for the “ASEAN Ministerial Conference in Singapore for ASEAN leaders”.

2. Project Scope Statement

2.1 Project Objectives
The main objectives of this conference is to provide guidance for reinforcing the establishment of ASEAN community, to build up a South Asia nuclear weapon-free zone, to discuss about the aftermath and rehabilitation of areas affected by natural disaster, and to solve country border conflicts.

2.2 Deliverables
a) Keynote speeches by Lee Hsien Loong (Singapore's Prime Minister) b) Joint Communiqué 47th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting c) Proposed central elements of successful establishment of the ASEAN community d) Work plan of Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) for the objective of “Narrowing Development Gap” e) Plan of action to strengthen the implementation of SEANWFZ Treaty f) List of action-oriented and practical activities to be implemented for the purpose of enhancing ASEAN Regional Forum g) A two-track approach as a lasting solution for eliminating border dispute and improving bilateral relations h) Ratification of ASEAN agreements by ASEAN members on dispute settlement mechanisms

2.3 Milestones
1) An opening ceremony addressed by Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong (current chair of ASEAN) on 5th Aug. 2) Issues regarding ASEAN community establishment, efficiency and coherence of ASEAN institutions to be covered in the meeting on 6th Aug. 3) Topics of narrowing the development gap and initiative for ASEAN integration discussed during the meeting on 7th Aug. 4) ASEAN Day Address delivered by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 8th Aug. 5) ASEAN Foreign Ministers meeting with Foreign Ministers and high level officials...
