Purpose
The purpose of this project plan is to coordinate a project to increase brand awareness within the youth market by establishing a partnership portfolio for community groups within Victoria by the end of 2012. This plan will serve as an agreement between the project sponsor, project manager and the other internal stakeholders.

Project Approach and Timeline
The roll out of this project will occur in the following order. This project requires 24 weeks to complete, with internal staff working with their managers on allocating necessary time away from their current role. Start Date:This project will begin immediately after approval from the General Manager. 01/10/2012 Phase 1 Investigate community groups working with the demographic we are targeting. – 6 weeks Phase 2 Create working agreements with common goals – 4 weeks Phase 3 Organise a marketing strategy. Purchase required materials/equipment and load with necessary software. Determine staffing requirements – 6 weeks Phase 4Training of staff and community group representatives and test group studies – 4 weeks Phase 5Roll out into Community Groups – 4 weeks

Project Completion date: 11/03/2013
