“The End Of The Year AAC Boat Party”
INTRODUCTION
The Theme of the project is Boat party to get everyone from college together and celebrate great year to past and even beter to come.
The idea is to create a project that will take place every year for students to know each other better and have little fun. It will include live music, finger food, bar with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and games to win few exciting prices. Of course the raffle later at the evening is a must. The raffle will be using boat tickets so there is no need to buy tickets sepparately
SOMETHING ABOUT THE PARTY
This party will happen annually in December.
Official start is at 17.00 and ends at 1.00 am. In this limited time plays a selected band and school members play games and dance.
The boat party is attending under admission costs $20 pp, including finger food, live music, bar (drinks in the bar not included) and time of whole 8 hours on the boat!

Providing boat with bar included
Booking suitable band
Providing food
Ensuring raffle prices
Creating and placing flyers and posters in the school and sending an e-mail to all students FINANCIAL BUDGET
