Scope Overview
The scope overview is the project in a nutshell: a high-level description of what needs to be accomplished and how it will be done. (Kloppenborg,2012). This project management team lead by O’Donnell & O’Donnell LLP will create some plans about how to carry out the parade according to interdepartmental suggestions. These plans will contains fund raising issues, lunch service, security and safety issues. To take place this parade within limited time and money, communication, resource arrangement and supports from each department will be the key. Business Case Objective

A whole business case objective should contain several parts. Clearly stating the value proposition upfront, listing the key managers, describing and quantifying the opportunity cost, using clear and concise language targeted for your audience, naming key risks and how they will be identified, listing the people involved and describing costs and benefits are seven important parts of a whole business case.(Writing your business case proposal). Business case objective is only one factor of a completed business case. Based on the above information, the business case objective of the parade can be written: This parade for welcoming home troops is held to comfort and thank those soldiers for their contributions. The parade needs all people to pay attention to it and attend it, so that the spirit of military and patriotic tradition can be developed powerfully. Milestone Schedule

The milestone schedule provides an estimated timeline for the life of the project. The milestones include all project activities and interim steps needed to implement the project. (AGO Measures of success). In a project charter, setting milestone schedule is very important for project management teams to understand every step and the key date. With listing the key events and dates in milestone schedule, all workers including stakeholders will be reminded of their own responsibilities and know what and when to do.
