PROJECT DEFINITION
CORPORATE PROJECT PURPOSE:
Because the company is currently considering the possible penetratation of the pro player segment of this market; of its manufacturing sites in Quebec, it needs development of quality custom-made stick, time efficiency and availability of resources to make a decision.

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:
1. Be able to deliver this 100% custom stick to the team within 7 days from receiving the order.
2. Design and production must be well organized and cost efficient
PROJECT GOALS:
1. To develop a new generation stick for professional hockey players. The stick has to have a custom made blade and shaft at the desire of the player
PROJECT STRATEGY
1. Involve market and economics(tall purchases are made in us dollars) research
2. To be open with the employees and other interested stakeholders and try the first samples of the product on professionals.
COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY
1. To create value for professionals to use and brand loyalty towards ACM composites
2. To provide link with the resource suppliers to be able to correspond to the demand from the hockey companies

    To establish and secure a leading Coffee Shop including store made pastries and all varieties of coffee blends from around the Globe. Our company will be based out of NYC and will become a lifestyle to the neighboring streets in downtown. Java Supreme and its employees are determined to become a daily necessity for local coffee drinkers.
