TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
This will be single source negotiated contract. The instructions to the Contractor are provided below.
1.1. General Description of Work
This work shall deliver is facilities to include the construction of one baseball field that will accommodate a semi-pro baseball team, the construction of one clubhouse, and the construction of one parking area sized to hold 50 cars. A 20-acre parcel of land will be provided for the construction of these facilities, which has already been acquired. The contractor shall be responsible for the demolishing, clearing, removal, and disposal of existing buildings and trees. The site shall be evenly graded to drain away from the playing field. The Contractor shall erect a perimeter fence and security lighting. The Contractor shall be responsible to make utilities operational, to include power, water, and sewer. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordination with the utility companies. Refer to the detailed Description of Work, and Specifications and Drawings, in Sections 2.0 and 4.0, respectively, for details.
1.2. What Must Be Included with Bid
The proposal must include: - Three (3) copies of the Proposal – One (1) original and two (2) copies - All Information requested in Section 3 – Proposal: Breakdown of Bid Price Revisions and Extra Work Escalation Formulas Scheduled Completion Dates List of Subcontractors Key Supplier or Contractor Personnel Length of Time Bid is Valid List of Bid Document Addenda Reviewed by Bidder Notice of Conflicts or Errors in Bid Documents Clarifications of Bids Bidder Signature
1.3. Schedule of Bid Period Activities
The Bid is due by midnight on August 10, 2013,
