Professor Challenges Basic Assumption About Planning and Control Professor A. Van Cauwenbergh of Antwerp University,
1. If the revisions are correct, how the planning should be organized? How should the information system support the planning organization?
 The planning should be organized in innovative was as it should be lead by the cooperation ,quality work and efficiency .It should be able to cope up or adjust to the new enterprise (environment) so that all the main goal of an enterprises will be accomplished within the work. The main focus should be on information system that helps to support the planning organization in the form of combining the information system within the purpose of planning and rule making of an enterprises .It should be viewed as different values that must be shared all together in order for it to suppress all the difference of the idea and process the positive thoughts then release and take away destructive thoughts so far.

2. Can the information system aid in achieving shared values?
 In the view to Professor A.Van Cauwebergh of a turerup University, it is so called an aid in achieving shared values. It is not information system that makes work done but it is done with the help of planning and rule making in order for it to work. It is also known that with information system it may not be accurate for an enterprise to be depended on it.

3. How might a comprehensive system be used to stifle initiative?
 The comprehensive system can be used in broader sense as it leads to wider ideas, knowledge and the interest of the people belonging to the organization so as to comply with the needs of the enterprise and will produce better results, positive output, that will be very meaningful and

    The basic planning process is outlined in our text as consisting of six steps. The first step is Situational Analysis.
