Professional Conversations Necessary In The Clinical Setting

From my past experiences, I believe that having professional conversations is necessary in the clinical setting. Though one may feel a certain type of way about a situation, clinical case or a patient, it is beneficial that individual does not get wrapped up in their personal feelings because it can change the direction or the outcome of the conversation. As healthcare providers, it is imperative that we must remember that effective communication has been proven to have a positive impact on patient care.
