Professional athletes get paid millions of dollars to play a game. Do you think they really deserve that much money for tossing a ball around? The money that pays the athletes for a game we all play competitively can be used for someone who actually shapes the future and fights for our country.
For instance, Floyd Mayweather is the top paid athlete in the world for boxing, earning a total of three hundred million dollars. Do we really need to promote a dangerous sport by paying someone three hundred million dollars to hit their opponent?
