The Soldiers of the Army are professional are constantly pushed to better themselves and each other to produce the best Soldiers that they can. They reflect trust, loyalty, duty and selfless service to everyone in the community and nation. The officers who direct and enlisted that do in the army produce the best ethics and trust that are what makes professionals.

The army professional culture also guides the ceremonies, values and goals of today’s army. As simple as the flags, uniform and the marching are part of the army’s culture. It shows the uniformity that comes along with simple traditions of each unit and that idea to keep that organizational growth of professional development. Cultural diversity and unity help develop motivation in simple things like the Soldiers Creed, Army Song, NCO Creed and Officer Creed. The army human resources role in the army profession is to keep the traditions, assist Soldiers and uphold the standard of true Soldier. Human resources Soldiers keep the ethical and trustworthy in that they follow guidelines, which make them professional. They are trusted with key processes, ethical and true the nature of a Soldier. The Soldiers in the army are professionals that was brought up on traditions, from the salute that showed that you had no weapons in your hand, to the carrying of the guide-on and uniforms reflecting symbols of the culture.
