MISSION
It should guide the action for the organization, spell out its overall goal, provide a path, and guide decision making. It provides the framework or context within which the company’s or organization’s strategies are formulated.

VISION
It is a program or method worked out beforehand for the accomplishment of an objective or a systematic arrangement of elements or important parts.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
It describe what the program/project is striving to accomplish. Goals depict the general programmatic outcomes, while objectives specify more specific outcomes.

OUTPUT # 2: Discuss substantially the cooperative presentation of learning objectives and instructional objective.

Learning objective

It focuses on the learner and learning process of an individual with different ability to grasp knowledge. The objective is on the learning outcomes or acquired learning. This is a learner centered.

Instructional objective

Its focus is on the improvement of instruction and the development of the knowledge and skill of teaching. This objective will help the teacher to improve their teaching process. Using instructional materials is one way of making the student active in participate during the discussion. It will also help the student catch up the lesson by making visual aid. It is more teacher centered.

OUTPUT # 4: Using figure 3. Discuss the relationship among domain of learning. The learning domain in figure 3 characterize into three, the psychomotor, affective, and cognitive. Psychomotor Domain

Their performances are based on the skill/ability of the learner mental process. It is the lowest and poor level of learning. The teacher may adjust by giving an activity that appropriate to the learner.

Affective Domain
This level puts emphasis on the cognitive domain. Characterization, reasoning to phenomenon, valuing and organization are included in this domain.

Cognitive domain
In this domain the learning objective is express in a manner that assessment is on the first encounter of the word. In this domain evaluation, synthesis, analysis, application, comprehension, knowledge is included.

Appreciation & application of knowledge for a skill

This figure explains the categories of learning from the cognitive to affective and to psychomotor domain.
Pure Knowledge
This category of leaning limits to perceiving and knowing of any information
and is easily forgotten.
Appreciation of Knowledge
This category leads learner to appreciate and put values to the knowing acquired and is retained for long time.
Appreciation and Application of Knowledge
The learner attempts to enforce the values developed from what are known and internalizes them in real life. This learning maybe corrected as new knowledge become productive and profitable.
Pure Appreciation
This learning is limited to the appreciation on the art of what is perceived without necessarily knowing and applying them. It may be suspended for a length of time and can be easily recalled if given the similar or analogous condition.

Appreciation and Skill
In this category the learner is able to put in practice the internalized values leading to habit formation.
