Process Design Matrix and Summary

Overview There is no refuting every company should possess a natural flare for every faucet of their operations. In modern times (especially since 2008) it is indicative of organizations to often emulate each other in reference to products and services. However, the way an organization carries itself and aligns strategic operations is just one key derivative that sets the business apart from peers. In business there is no friends except consumers, guests, and customers. No matter how an organization labels a consumer, the way a company represents itself in design is important as well. Important will be a common theme in this executive summary because detail is paramount to success. Design is the stable for success. If an airplane had a design flaw would anyone want to fly with that particular company? Finding a niche like McDonald’s did with its hamburger production line is just the start. The central theme of this executive summary is to drive the point of design and how this concept differs from peers and inherently.
Ford Motor Company Services The focal point of Ford Motor Company encompasses building a “reach” to consumers globally. For example, the vision to provide “a best in class” sales at dealerships for businesses in Europe displays building outside the United States and reaching beyond the horizon. This will be accomplished by developing an integrated support and selling system that will enhance the capabilities for the company to brand itself and win the attention (loyalty as well) of consumers outside the United States (CGI, n.d). Additionally, Ford Motor Company has enhanced a relations and other services. For example, the company is building a CPO leadership program to improve inherent retention among dealers. This approach will keep relations intact with consumers. The design is to build a full 360 relations with the company to dealers, and
