1. Description of our hospital institution Hospital in Puszczykowo is multi-profile hospital. In terms of equipment, number of departments and tasks under the Emergency Medical System. The structure of the hospital has 14 departments, including departments on the adoption of the victims of mass incidents and victims of road accidents with multi-organ injury.

    The main purpose of managing quality improvements is to set up a structure by which to measure how the organization is doing out in the public sector. We need a process in place that will drive our improvement efforts when less than optimal results are identified through undesirable trends and benchmarking.
