How to Make Brookies
Two of my favorite treats after a well cooked meal are chocolate chip cookies and brownies. I like them both to be chewy and chocolaty as it melts in my mouth, but I never thought about what it would taste like to combine both delicious deserts into one, creating a brookie. Here’s how I was first introduced to the delicious treat. When I was a senior in high school my teacher set up bake sales every week to raise money for class activities and school events. Even though both cookies and brownies are my favorite, I didn’t trust eating them together, I thought it would be too sweet and I wouldn’t like it. But I was wrong, I absolutely loved them. She told me it was very easy to make, and explained the process to me step by step. After learning how to make brookies, I made them at home all the time with my family, and they loved them just as much as I did.

You are now ready start mixing your brownie mixture. Combine all you ingredients together except for the cookie dough. You want to mix the brownie ingredients until you see there is no more flour mixture visible. After that is completed, fill each cupcake liner half way with brownie batter....
