INTRODUCTION

Background of the Study

Statement of the Problem
This is a study on the qualification of a volunteer probation aid. Specifically, the study is attempting to answer the following questions. 1. Who is a Volunteer probation Aid? 2. What are the qualifications of a volunteer probation aid? 3. What are the roles and responsibilities of the volunteer probation Aid?

Objectives of the Study
The study is conducted to diuscuss the qualification of a volunteer probation aid. Specifically, the study is sought to:

1. Identify who is a volunteer probation aid; 2. list down the qualification of a volunteer probation aid; 3. enumerate the roles and responsibilities performed by the volunteer probation aid;

Significance of the Study
This study aimed to determine the qualification of the volunteer probation aid. Likewise, it was the objective of this study to discuss who is a volunteer probation aid. Moreover, the research attempted to provide information on the roles and responsibilities performed by the volunteer probation aid. This study might be significant mostly to the students specially those learners taking up criminology and studying laws.
The result of this study could also be significant to the management of the volunteer probation administration not only in the local setting but even in national level.

Scope and Delimitation of the Study
The study will focus discovering the qualification of the volunteer probation aid.
This study would be limited only to select probation administrator, and volunteer itself as the prime respondents of
