Prime Café, located at a Holiday Inn in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, serves classic American eats with some globally-inspired specialties to boot. The original beef and cheese-stuffed empanada with salsa and the coconut butterfly shrimp with honey mustard dipping sauce make for excellent appetizers. Some of Prime Café’s specialty entrées include the herb marinated half roasted chicken, the seasoned prime aged New York strip steak and the pan-seared shrimp and scallops in white wine sauce, served over linguine.
