President Pros Cons
We have criticized the GOP nominee in many of our other editorials. With early voting already starting in many states and polls showing that it will be a close race, now is when we feel we should spell it out, the reasons Donald J. Trump should not be president:
He is Unstable. Trump has switched sides on so many issues that trying to figure out his positions on policies is like shooting in the dark. We have a list of 124 shifts by Trump on 20 major issues that he has addressed since the start of the he presidential campaign. He simply shouts slogans and anything that comes to his head ( ex; he will replace Obamacare with “something terrific”) without any explanations of how he would go about doing those things.
He is unqualified to be commander

No one knows if Trump is actually as rich as he says, partly because, he alone out of all other presidential candidates in the past 4 decades, refuses to release his tax returns. We also don't know if he has even paid taxes at all, or how deep his financial debt is with foreign companies.
He speaks carelessly. After the Republican convention, Trump called for Russian hackers to tamper with the American election by leaking out Hillary Clinton’s emails, and he also has said things that prevented the Democratic nominee from designating liberal justices. It’s difficult to envision two more irresponsible statements from one person.
He has damaged the national dialogue. Could you have ever imagined that a presidential candidate would talk about his genitalia during a national Republican debate? We didn't either. Did you ever imagine a candidate, who evaded service in the military, would chastise parents who had lost a son in Iraq? Again we didn't either. Did you ever think that a presidential candidate would mock a disabled reporter? Well he has. Trump’s failure or opposition to ignore judgement, would create enemies’ lists and be consumed with getting even with his

“I don't know Mr. Trump. But I've been chagrined at his antics. He ridiculed a war hero. He made mockery of a reporter's menstrual cycle. He made fun of a disabled reporter,” said Lucado in his blog. “… These were not off-line, backstage, overheard, not-to-be-repeated comments. They were publicly and intentionally…

Look, he’s a nut and you know he’s a nut. I go to battleground states and talk to anyone, everyone. They all know Donald Trump’s a nut. Some will vote for him anyway. Many are in madman-versus-criminal mode, living with (or making) their final decision. They got the blues. Everyone does. They’re worried about the whole edifice: If this is where we are, where are we going?…

Trump took the Presidential race by a storm instantly gaining supporters from across the nation. However, his strategy was like no other presidential candidate in history. Fearless and bold, President Trump fueled the racism and sexism of America becoming the talk of every community. Yet, some despised him hypocrisy, much more rejoiced his authenticity. He was not a politician nor did he spend decades working in Washington, but he a blatantly honest billionaire who had conquered the business world. Unfortunate for Trump, since his term began in January, he has finally realized that he needs actual political knowledge to govern the nation, a thought that had never crossed his mind. Due to his lack of common sense and education, Trump has unraveled…

The president is more than unconstitutional, he is uncontrollable, too. President Obama is uncontrollable in his actions when illegal decisions are made more than once regarding Obamacare and when a large part of our government system is being questioned due to his disregard for the law. Obama went too far to get what he wanted. Checks and balances aren’t being taken seriously, if he can get away with it, so can everyone else. Obama unconstitutionally delayed the caps on payments without approval from Congress. He is uncontrollable and imperial because he shows with these examples that he thinks he can just go around Congress more than once regarding only one piece of legislation…

Although, one of his biggest controversies is with how he treats women. Trump has said several things that hurt his campaign but none have been worse than some of the things he has said about women. Some of his comments have been border line sexual assault and have lost him the vote of women around the country. Another one of Trump’s big controversies is the fact that he reported a huge loss several years ago and has not paid income tax since due to the fact that he is able to carry over losses from year to year. Even though Trump did not do anything wrong it still upset people because they were paying taxes while a multimillionaire was not. Trump has had his controversies they are not as bad as Clintons who used a private email while she was Secretary of State and then lied about the emails which caused an investigation into the…

When it comes to communication, Donald Trump had a very unique approach. He does not “play it safe” at all. Instead, he is bold and rather casual in debates, and it works. Donald Trump is appealing to a younger crowd beginning with his communication strategy. He talks like he is in high school. He uses his words in a clear way where everyone can comprehend the message he is trying to get across. While it could potentially and did in fact offend people who find themselves more sophisticated, it appealed to the average person. Also, he has sort of mastered exploiting whoever his current opponent is. He proclaims whatever he wants about them, not paying much attention to the truth. For anyone who feels that they have lack of power or are voiceless,…

Just like a building, without the base the structure can fall apart. Donald Trump saying that he wants to open up libel laws is changing some part of the First Amendment in the Constitution. By changing the Constitution there can be some negative consequences for him and the people. For example by amending the constitution to “open up libel laws” it can hurt the people because there free speech will be hindered by possible lawsuits. This is hurting him as well because he is known to share lots of hurtful and false comments, therefore one can sue him as well if he does open the law's up. The tensions and distrust of Republican officials by the disenfranchised party members has provided the backdrop to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. In the current presidential election Republican candidate Donald Trump has been covered more extensively than any other candidate. Much of Donald Trump’s rhetoric are centered around shock value statements that make perfect controversial sound bites that are then repeatedly played on news channels, television shows, and posted online. According to an estimate by the New York Times the air time Donald Trump has received is worth over two billion dollars. Regardless of the fact that much of the coverage Trump has received the main value of all of that television coverage has been name recognition.…

The 2016 Presidential Election was easily the most negative Election in recent history. Apart from my policy disagreements with President Elect Trump, I am morally repulsed by his conduct. My Hispanic friends were offended by the insinuation a that Mexican immigrants were criminals and a unwanted burden on the United States. My female friends were terrified by his misogyny and open, joking (at best) attitude towards sexual assault. I was disgusted by his disdain for the environment and the truth.…

He tends to mostly mention “crooked Hillary” and speak about the illegals that are in America. Although, he does have the great ability of persuading people into agreeing with him, as he has done so throughout the entire election. He tends to dodge many questions that bring up him disrespecting women, and instead, he would end up mentioning ISIS which would grasp more votes because it would send fear to the American citizens and bring to the attention that America is on the brink of extinction. In this way he is very smart, but so was Hitler, who used the same tactics. At the same time, Hillary’s communication mostly consists of her getting to the point quickly in most issues. She proves that she knows much more about politics and a more broad variety of problems America faces, instead of relying on just ISIS and defeating them. However, she sometimes uses parts of her speaking time to only discuss how incorrect Trump is in his previous statement instead of the topic of…
