SERVICE MARKETING ASSIGNMENT
Dissatisfactory: snow white dry cleaners

Snow white was established in 1949 by its founder late shaikh fazal ur rahman with an assurance to provide the strong environments through hygienic Attires which was essential at the time of independence of Pakistan. After some time the new and advanced devices had been introduced in this field and by pioneering to get recognition of this service as an Industry first time ever in the Indian Sub-Continent.
Shaikh fazal started with one single outlet in Karachi, which was capital of Pakistan at that time, now they have a network of 50 plus branches nationwide who are providing the services with the same spirit of clean, healthy environment for the people, also a smart attire to the users which boost the quality of their appearance and personality for a pleasant and long lasting impression on the people they interact on daily basis.
Now after 6 decades this responsibility is been transferred to his Third generation in line, who are the proud responsible and successful flag carrier of this mission called "The duty towards a clean & healthy society"

DIMENSIONS OF SNOW WHITE ENVIRONMENT
We will be discussing the unsatisfactory dimensions of snow white dry cleaners service environment. Now they are providing worst service in town. They damage the clothes and even return them back without doing dry cleaning and sometimes they even don’t return some pieces back. If we sent the same clothes again even then they don’t care to dry clean them again or to fix the damages. Some times when we receive clothes after dry cleaning we got holes and sometimes different spots on new clothes and clothes with faded colors. Now they have very unprofessional behavior.
Even the branches of snow white are so wired as if they are like local dhobi gaat. They even don’t have proper lounge or seats for waiting. Even the fixtures used at snow white shops are broken and untidy. The plasters can be easily seen cracked

John Pizer’s criticism of Donald Barthelme’s Snow White talks about the origin story of Snow White and how this modern adaptation completely skews the classic tale. The concept of the “anti-fairy tale” is brought up as Pizer compares Barthelme’s tale to those that preceded his. Barthelme is derives influence from multiple sources which focus on the disenchantment of the iconic Disney princess. From these influences, a new and much more jaded version of Snow White appears in which the traditional morals associated with her character are inverted and satirized.…

In complete contrast with its title, Angelin Preljocaj’s version of Blanche Neige is intended to be not so “whitely” pure (Wheeler 2012). Taking a leaf out of the Brothers Grimm original tale, in conjunction with Preljocaj’s influential background as mentioned earlier, Preljocaj attempts to twist this usually happy, Disney fairytale into a romantically dark thriller filled with serious societal undertones (Kourlas 2014). Snow White is no longer innocent, rather she is a sensually provocative adolescent portrayed with adult explicitness and garnished in what can only be deemed a “uni-diaper.” Embellishing his choreography with a mixture of electronic techno music by DJ Laurent Garnier and Gustav Mahler’s symphonies, Preljocaj’s customary…

A well-defined target market is the first element in the marketing strategy. Finding a target market can be a complex task depending on the product and how effectively it is advertised. If a product is advertised correctly marketers can expand their market and continue to make their products successful, if they don’t the product will eventually become obsolete. A strategy marketers use to test their product is in advertising. Marketers frequently bombard consumers all over the world with new products in magazines, billboard the Internet and on T.V, for a reason, they want to gather information over consumers consumption. This will help marketers determine or predict the success of a product in the market place. Marketers understand how crucial it is to know what consumers want at the moment and how important it is to keep up with the fast changing market. Another reason they gather information is to help them pin point the groups are more prone to buy their product and which ones are not. This also…

Consumers of this era have been different from the ones that used to be 20 years ago. The consumers today are more demanding and at the same time service oriented. They would seem to be in hurry to shop so that they can utilize the time that they saved somewhere else. Many consumers prefer to not even go outside for shopping instead they would order over phone or internet. These changes have changed the way marketers have been marketing their products traditionally. To be able to meet the ever growing demands of the consumers, marketers need to accept the changes that have happened to the consumers’ behavior and apply those concepts to sell more of their products.…
