Tired of hearing “Doesn’t Medical school take like 10 years? Why would you want to do something that takes so long to complete?”. Are you interested in being a part of a supportive student group that encourages your endeavours rather than question them? Well, welcome all students entering the 2017-2018 school year! The pre-medical field is one not many have the dedication to embark on so congratulations on being apart of an elite group of Ryerson students. Whether you would like to become a Psychiatrist, Pharmacist, Dentist or Optometrist, just to name a few titles, there are many many career options you can attain with your degree. The Pre-Medical Society has over 100 members and alumni in all medically related fields that would love to answer many of your burning questions of what Ryerson has to offer!

    I, like most pre-medicine students,thought I knew what a career in medicine was all about.
