    As stated above the current workload demand exceeds the Personnel Allowance List (PAL) for the CGC Walnut. For in port operations, the current workload demand indicates that 94% of the enlisted crew exceeds the maximum workload capacity standards, 3% are at the maximum limits of the standards and 3% fall below the optimum workload capacity (Juniper Class (WLB 225) Manpower Requirement Analysis 2008 pg1). The in port operations model revealed excess workload demand in the SK, ET, BM, EM, MK, and DC rates.
