Here’s some information you should find helpful regarding our training for the Sawtooth Sensus and WinCati system.

Sensus Scripting Training

Our Sensus scripting training is designed to take the programmer from a novice to a confident, knowledgeable programmer in a very short time frame. Depending on the clients needs the training can be a one-day training for understanding basic questionnaire authoring or a two-day training for advanced questionnaire authoring or even a three-day training for gaining mastery of the Sensus scripting language and system. We teach the Sensus language based upon a simple but effective learning technique: the introduction of concepts followed by relevant exercises. Additionally, the trainee will receive an example laden training manual that will assist with programming questionnaires for years to come. The first day involves an introduction to Sensus and the design of basic surveys. After the first day the trainee should be able to design simple, basic questionnaires involving the use of a variety of Sensus instructions. The second day of training introduces the power of lists the most powerful aspect of Sensus. After the second day the trainee should be able to understand the more advanced features of Sensus and begin constructing complex questionnaires. All important Sensus instructions will have been introduced and explained at the end of the second day. If a third day of training is requested we will take day one and day two at a slower pace and explain all Sensus instructions
